Quick answers

Do I need my own kit?

Yes — bring your clippers, scissors and products. The chair, mirror, station and cleaning are covered. There are no wash basins, but kettles and blow dryers are on hand if you need them.

What if my day is quiet?

High-street walk-ins are yours to take on top of your own bookings. And you only ever pay for the days you book — no quiet-week rent.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 24 hours or more before your chair day and we’ll refund you in full, straight back to your card. Inside 24 hours we can’t refund it — by then we can’t offer the chair to anyone else. Book the days you’re sure of.
